Drawing influences from the American string band tradition as well as the modern rock and roll aesthetic, the Stumble Brothers are a marriage of Austin Bluegrass wizards Appalachian Dinosaur Exhibit and longtime jam scene veterans, Flounders without Eyes.

Their debut record, Tales from the American Wasteland, is a celebration of the beauty found in the most depraved corners of the world. Made up of 8 original songs, the record is the result of experiences lived and imagined by Baker and Dixon, who’s songs are plainly spoken, telling tales of yesterday’s criminals, today’s downtrodden, and characters on the fringes.
