The Trombone Shorty Foundation and the Gia Maione Prima Foundation are proud to present the annual “Tunes for Toys” Toy Drive and Concert, held at Tipitina’s on Thursday December 12. This tradition is a joyful way for the New Orleans community to give back each holiday season. Experience live music from Trombone Shorty, Cimafunk and his band La Tribu, and Trombone Shorty Academy. Admission is free and open to the public (18+), in exchange for a new toy. Doors open at 7pm, with live music kicking off with a bang at 8pm.

The collected toys will be distributed on Friday, December 13 from 4pm-6pm at Warren Easton High School during a toy giveaway event. There will be refreshments and live music. Event is free and open to the public (any child who attends will receive a free toy).
