Jazz in the Park is a Nola/Austin cultural bonanza. A Second-Line will start at 4th and Congress at 1pm. with Sudan Social Aid and Pleasure Club, All For One Brass Band and Austin`s Minor Mishap 30 Piece Brass Band,which will march down to the event at  Republic Square.
